In the Aix countryside, come and stay in this beautiful property offering two adjoining gites for 2 people, quiet but a few minutes from the lively town centre.

In the Aix countryside, in a large property secured property, two adjoining cottages. Duplex.

On the ground floor : entrance with large closets for storage, washing machine and dishwasher.
Living room with equipped kitchen (oven, vitroceramic, extractor hood, microwave, coffee machine Nespresso pods and traditional plate), place for the meals. Living room with sofa (possibility of 2 additional persons - extra charge €10/person/night), flat screen TV, desk, Hi-Fi, DVD player.
Bathroom with nice shower, heated towel rack, toilet bowl.

On the first floor (duplex) : bedroom with double bed (160x200 separable beds).

High quality materials : stone of Bourgogne, travertine, wrought iron and woodwork. From the living room, access to a private courtyard of 65 m² with its garden, fully fenced with small gate. Barbecue.
The parking area for the two cottages. All included : sheets, towels, heating. Cleaning on request (35€). Internet (wifi). Baby's equipment on request.

This cottage is ideally located to discover Aix-en-Provence, only 5.5 km from downtown (cours Mirabeau) but still in the countryside, in a preserved environment. Sports Club at 200 m with many possible activities (tennis, restaurant, swimming pool with slide, paddel, golf). Tourist tax: €1,10 per adult and per day.
