Rated 3 stars, the duplex is located on the 4th floor of a private mansion, a few steps from Place des Prêcheurs and the city market. With a surface area of 39m2 (+ 12m² terrace), fully renovated and air-conditioned, it can accommodate 4 adults and 1 child.

Situated 100 meters from the Madeleine church and Arts & Métiers, the apartment is very central, just a few steps from the large Aix-en-Provence market held three times a week. It's extremely quiet, facing south on a small, traffic-free street. You can stop at the bottom of the building to unload your vehicle, and park a few hundred meters away in a secure parking lot or in the streets outside the city center.

Lower level: the entrance to the duplex is on the 4th floor of the building. On this level, you'll find a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen, a dining area with a table that can seat up to 5 people, a living room equipped with a home cinema, a bathroom with shower and a separate toilet. Thanks to its large sliding glass window, the living room opens directly onto the south-facing 12m² terrace, which offers a beautiful, unobstructed view over the rooftops of Aix-en-Provence and the Etoile massif in the distance. The sofa bed can comfortably accommodate 2 people. DVDs are freely available.

Upper level: access to the quiet bedroom on the upper level via a steep staircase. This room has a large Queen-size bed (1.60 m wide) and an armchair that can be converted into an extra bed for one child or teenager.
The room has a toilet with WC and washbasin.
