Fully renovated air-conditioned apartment with terrace & garden, sleeps up to 6, in the magnificent setting of the Massif d'Estérel.

Superb air-conditioned 3-room apartment, recently renovated and furnished for 6 people on the ground floor, with large 25m2 terrace and private 30m2 garden (with garden furniture)
2 bedrooms, one with a 160 cm bed overlooking the garden and the other with 2 twin beds, new bathroom with walk-in shower, living room with fully equipped kitchen (fridge/freezer combo)
2 single beds in the living room (2 sofa beds, can accommodate 2 people in addition to the 2 bedrooms, baby cot available.

Bedding supplied with pillows and duvets. You will need to bring your own sheets and towels (sheets can also be hired on site).

The Village is pedestrianised and secure. The apartment is located in a quiet area and is situated below a shop, which avoids the typical inconveniences of rental properties.
Ideal for families: You will be in the centre of the complex, close to all the facilities: entrance to the 2 swimming pools, the shopping street where you will find a large Super U supermarket, bakery, delicatessen, sports shops, multimedia centre, hairdresser, beautician, ice-cream parlour, takeaway food, restaurants and bars, and much more.
Beach 800 m away, on foot or by free mini-train - Free access to swimming pool and car park.
The complex features 5 swimming pools (including 1 with waves, jacuzzi, waterslides, etc.), a circus school, volleyball courts, basketball courts, a large petanque area, bike hire, virtual reality, playgrounds, gym and aquagym classes, hiking, children's and teenagers' clubs, a disco, themed evenings and shows, etc. 9-hole golf course, tennis courts, paddle and archery are also available for a fee.

Only small dogs are accepted. No smoking inside the home.
Weekly rentals from Saturday to Saturday - No weekend or short-stay rentals.
