Bedroom with 1 double bed (140x190). Bedroom with 2 single beds (90x190). Bathroom. Access to the Garden Level by an internal staircase : Living room opening onto terrace, fully equipped kitchen. Independent WC. Partly covered terrace (18 m²) equipped with furniture, electric barbecue. Access by private road, reserved and closed parking (electric gate). Electric heating. Including charges. Tourist tax extra. Baby bed, high chair, stroller, booster seat available on request.
