Small house for 4 people on 700m² fenced plot, in the mountains between Céüse and Col des Sérigons, close to a rock-climbing area and a magnificent waterfall.

It comprises a small bedroom with a 140cm bed and storage space. a bathroom with shower A dining room with a kitchenette equipped with: fridge with freezer, hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. Small appliances: electric coffee-maker, Tassimo coffee-maker, kettle, small mixer, toaster... A living room with a comfortable 140cm sofa bed, two armchairs and a TV. There is also a mezzanine with a height of less than 1.80 m, equipped with a 140 cm bed. To the east is a large 20 m² terrace equipped with a table and 4 chairs, and two deckchairs. To the west is a small terrace with a table, four chairs and a barbecue. Lockable storage room. Internet access. Parking space. Raclette and fondue machines available in winter. Baby equipment available (bed, bath, small chair). Sheets and towels optional at 30€. Electricity and heating included in winter.
