The detached chalet, 66 m² on two levels, is south-facing and located in an authentic mountain hamlet in the commune of Colmars les Alpes. A very quiet environment, safe for children, with all the advantages of the Haute Provence climate in a high-mountain setting boasting generous sunshine all year round.

On the 1st floor, with child safety lock at the top of the stairs.
- 2 bedrooms with double beds
- 1 bedroom with 1-seater bunk beds

It has a south-facing terrace, an east-facing garden and veranda with free adjoining parking, and a lovely view of the valley, mountains and Fort Vauban. Heating with high-performance Jotul stove. Don't worry, you'll be warm, and wood is provided free of charge.
Children's facilities: high chair, umbrella bed and bathtub available free of charge.

Allos and Colmars 5 minutes away by car. All shops, pharmacy, physiotherapist and doctor, Provencal market on Tuesdays and Fridays.

Summer: Numerous walks from the chalet: Lac d'Allos. Hiking to Mont Pelat. For cycling enthusiasts: the 3 cols Allos, Cayolle and Les Champs 117km and over 4000 m of vertical drop. Mountain biking, cycle touring, horse riding, lakes, fly fishing in the Verdon and mountain lakes of Allos, Lignin..., Mercantour National Park, adventure trails, donkey rental, canyoning, tennis, archery, paragliding, hang gliding, Allos Leisure Park...

Winter: Ski resorts: 6 min from Le Seignus in Allos and 20 min from La Foux d'Allos, skating rink, tobogganing. Cross-country skiing at Ratery or La Colle Saint-Michel.
