Nature lovers will be delighted to discover this beautiful T2 apartment in a very quiet location, in a renovated isolated former farmhouse with all modern comforts. Located behind the Chapelle de l'Hermitage, at an altitude of 1100 m, 2 km on foot (30 minutes by footpath) from the "ND du Laus" sanctuary.

Perfectly equipped, this accommodation offers holidaymakers comfort and coolness in summer, thanks to its well-designed, fully-equipped interior.

The green, flower-filled setting adds to the charm of the place. With no street lighting, the paths are a natural invitation to go for a walk or a mountain bike ride. The Serre-Ponçon lake is not far away for swimming, and Gap is close by for shopping, restaurants and cinema...

The accommodation comprises a large bedroom with a king-size bed, an en suite bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower, and a bright living room with kitchen and sitting area, lit by two windows. Outside, private areas with plancha and deckchairs guarantee relaxation and privacy.
