Lovely communal pool (15 x 5), available from 15/05 to 30/09. Superb panoramic view of surrounding countryside. Set in tree-planted grounds, shared with 3 other gîtes, with barbecue area next to pool. Private 30m² courtyard, exclusive to property, with garden furniture. Separate entrance, leading to upper floor: -Living room with sitting area, convertible sofa bed (for 1 person) and kitchen area. -Mezzanine bedroom with 1 x double bed and 1 x single bed. -Shower room with shower and WC. Optional sheet rental: €12. End of stay clean (compulsory for short stays): €40. Weekend rental (minimum 2 nights) available in Autumn/Winter, low season, on request.
