Totally independent ground floor villa with breathtaking views of Saint Mandrier harbor and Toulon harbor.
Terrace and garden with private 5-seat outdoor jacuzzi.

The 80 m2 accommodation comprises 2 bedrooms of 12 m2 with 2 x 160 cm beds (one of which can be fitted with 2 separate 80 cm beds) and a living room of 10 m2 with a sofa bed, also 160 cm. A cot and high chair are available free of charge on request.
The fully-equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, 4-burner electric hob and dishwasher) opens onto the 35 m2 living room.
The bathroom has a large corner bathtub.
The very large-screen TV gives access to multiple international channels and various applications (Netflix, prime video, amazon, ...), and the free wifi provides a very high-speed internet connection.
The dining room table seats 6-8 guests. Crockery and cooking utensils, as well as sheets, towels and tablecloths, are at your disposal. For longer stays, a washing machine is also available.
The outdoor terrace is equipped with a large table and an outdoor gas plancha for outdoor cooking. The outdoor jacuzzi is open all year round.
Free parking in front of the property.
A 1/4-hour walk takes you to the beach, shops and restaurants in the village. A boat shuttle crosses the harbor to the port of Toulon every 1/2 hour or so.

In Saint Mandrier, you can forget about your car and enjoy walking from the house.
Public transport (bus or boat) is easy to use and costs less than €2 per journey to Toulon.
The commune offers selective sorting and containers are collected on site in front of each dwelling. Composting is also available.
