The villa comprises a spacious living room extending onto a large terrace and swimming pool with sea view.
Behind the villa, a Mediterranean garden offers an additional terraced terrace in continuity with the garrigue.
The villa has been completely renovated by an architect with bioclimatic construction and benefits from a cooling floor.
On the ground floor: a vast living room opens onto a sea-view terrace and a shaded patio with a lounge area.
Upstairs, one bedroom has a private wooden terrace.
This terrace opens onto a sunny area with a natural garrigue garden typical of Provence.
On the ground floor, the kitchen is open and fully equipped (classic oven, steam oven, vitro ceramic hob, 1 De Longhi coffee machine and 1 filter coffee maker, two fridges (with freezer compartments) and an additional kitchen in a utility room. Crockery and cutlery for 24 people, and a plancha on the terrace.
There's a storeroom next to the kitchen with a second fridge and dishwasher.
The swimming pool is fully enclosed and secure. There are sun loungers and an outdoor shower for rinsing off the kids after the beach.
