Nestled on a vast, quiet, shaded plot of 1600m² creating a pleasant atmosphere for relaxing moments with family or friends.

️ As soon as the weather is fine, the outdoor area is equipped with a plancha, a large garden table and several areas with deckchairs, allowing you to take full advantage of the sea view. In summer, a large, comfortable garden lounge awaits you to relax and enjoy the evenings to the sound of cicadas.

The house enjoys a privileged location close to numerous shops, restaurants, the local cinema, a playground and the Domaine de l'Ermitage. You'll have easy access to the boat bus to Toulon, as well as the daily shuttle to Porquerolles Island for great excursions.
You can also enjoy beautiful walks on the coastal path, accessible right next to the house.

The house is composed as follows:
First floor (sleeps 10):
4 bedrooms, 2 of which communicate via an accordion partition:
-1 bedroom with double bed (140 cm) and 1 single bed, equipped with a desk opening onto the veranda, sea view
-1 bedroom with double bed (160 cm), equipped with a desk, opening onto the veranda, sea view
-1 bedroom with 1 double bed (160 cm) or 2 80 cm beds that can be separated, communicating (accordion partition) with a bedroom with 1 pull-out bed (2 single beds) and bunk beds
-2 bathrooms (1 with shower and 1 with bath and double washbasin)
-1 WC in shower room
And also :
-Laundry room with washing machine, drying rack, ironing board and iron, and additional refrigerator
-A veranda that opens completely in summer, furnished with 2 sofas and an armchair
- A large terrace just in front of the bedrooms and veranda

1st floor (sleeps 2+):
- 1 large living room with sofa bed and armchairs opening onto a balcony with panoramic views
- 1 large dining room with TV corner
balcony with table and chairs, ideal for a coffee in the shade in the morning or at the end of the day, while enjoying the view
- 1 large fully-equipped kitchen (microwave oven, oven, 6 hotplates (2 electric and 4 induction), dishwasher, fridge, Nespresso machine, toaster, kettle. Full crockery service for 12 people.
- 1 separate toilet
and an area forming a master suite with :
- 1 bedroom with double bed (140 cm) and desk
- 1 dressing room with window that can be used to fit a crib or mattress for a small child
- 1 bathroom with bathtub

Thanks to its shady, seaside location, the house is cool. And if needed, fans are available for each of the bedrooms.
2 paddles are waiting for you to discover the coastline near the house.

Fiber broadband (5GO). Wifi in every room. Very practical for telecommuting!
Possibility of parking 3 cars on the property.
