Le Bez is still a little removed from the hustle and bustle of the ski resort and remains separated from the Pré Long housing estate by the Grand Pré, while being at the foot of the slopes and the ski lifts.
Our flat is located in a detached house, on the edge of this Grand Pré, facing the slopes and south, thus benefiting from the sun from sunrise to sunset. The surface area of the flat is 90 m² in duplex. The layout is of high quality.
Linen is provided for the bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen.
On the first level, there is an entrance hall, a bathroom with toilet, a fully equipped independent kitchen, a bedroom with a 140/200 bed, a living room and a living room with a balcony-terrace on the south side.
On the second level of the duplex there is a second bathroom with WC, a bedroom with a 160/200 bed, a bedroom with 3 90/200 beds (one of which is on the mezzanine). A baby warmer for children up to 6 years old and a baby cot are available for the tenants with the corresponding bedding. The interior staircase is equipped with wooden safety gates at the top and bottom for small children.
On level 0 of the house is the ski and ski boot room (which are not allowed in the flat).
It is possible to leave and return to the house on skis.
