Nestled in the trees, the Bannette cabin offers you an exceptional break: the comfort of a guest room in the middle of nature, a magnificent panoramic terrace and above all absolute tranquility.
The Bannette cabin offers you the comfort of a guest room in the middle of nature. Taking advantage of the natural slope, the cabin is accessible to all on the same level, but you will have the very real sensation of being perched in the trees, 6 meters high. Insulated with sheep's wool, the cabin provides natural warmth in mid-season and coolness in summer. An additional heater warms the cabin in winter.
The cabin has a 160 cm bed with a breathtaking view of the mountains through a large bay window. Lying down, you can enjoy the view over the valley. A library corner completes the cozy atmosphere of the place.
The cabin has electric lighting, thanks to a solar panel. For a more romantic atmosphere, we have also provided lanterns! If you can't do without your phone or computer, you can charge them in the cabin.
For your convenience, a shower room is attached to the cabin. It includes a washbasin and water supply (15 liters), two solar showers (20 liters each) and a dry toilet. Towels, shampoo and soap (organic of course!) are provided.
In front of the cabin, a large shaded terrace awaits you with two sunbeds for lounging.
In the morning you can enjoy your breakfast on the terrace table. You can retrieve it, delivered in a basket, by the means of a rope and a pulley. Breakfast is included in the price of the night. It is hearty and homemade with organic products!
If you wish, you can book a lunch basket. They are made from local and seasonal products, often organic. For example: tapenade, hummus, heirloom tomato carpaccio, courgette flower fritters, small spelt tabbouleh, charcuterie from Thoard and pumpkin pickles, cheese and chutney, apricot-almond crumbles...
The Bannette cabin is a cocoon for lovers, a landmark for the contemplative and a magical stopover for hikers!
