La Bastide des Culs-Rousset is an 18th century building overlooking an 8,000 m² garden, on the heights of Marseille, far from the hustle and bustle of the city center while having quick access to it.
Isabelle welcomes you to her magnificently decorated property and invites you to her table d'hôtes (by reservation). Very beautiful infinity pool, heated from 04/15 to 10/31 (4x14m, depth 1.5m) and jacuzzi.

1) Shed: this 40m² room on the ground floor has been designed for people with reduced mobility (drop-down bed, fully accessible bathroom, access platform to the room) but not only. 1 double bed 180x200cm (separable into 2 beds 90x200cm), lounge area with convertible sofa 140x190cm (possibility of 2 additional extra beds). Bathroom with large walk-in shower and heated towel rack. Separate WC. Finally, it has a 6 m² patio with wardrobes and cupboards and a 25 m² private terrace.

2) L'Etoile: on the 1st floor but with independent access, it is composed of a double bed 180x200cm (separable into 2 beds 90x200cm). Bathroom with large walk-in shower and free-standing bathtub. Separate WC. Adjoining private terrace of 17 m².

3) La Pinède: on the 1st floor but with independent access, it is composed of a double bed 180x200cm, entrance with bench seat (1 additional extra bed possible). Bathroom open to the bedroom with walk-in shower, free-standing bathtub and bedside dressing table. Separate WC. Adjoining private terrace of 21 m².

Flat screen TV and desk in each room. Shared kitchen and lounge available.
Heated floor on the ground floor and ducted reversible air conditioning throughout the house. Wifi (fiber).

The property is currently being developed until the end of 2023: the bottom of the land is currently being worked on to finalize a gîte and 2 guest rooms. The prices take these inconveniences into account.
