Bastide du Capelier holiday rental is a 17th century house lying among hundred years old trees. In the heart of a quiet environment, this house consists of a lounge, a living room, a well equipped kitchen, two bedrooms as well as a private terrace.

- Farmer committed to the revival of the white Salernes fig, a local variety threatened with extinction. Cultivation, processing and marketing of this variety on the property.
- Buildings constructed using local, environmentally-friendly materials (stone and lime).
- On-property waste sorting: packaging, glass, fermenticides.
- Food scraps valorized locally on the property, in the agricultural activity.
- Raising awareness of water use through posters.
- Social criteria: hiring of seasonal workers from the village, collaboration with the IME, partnership with AVAF/ACI for product packaging.
- Heating of buildings with wood from the estate
