La Bastide du Capelier is an ideal setting, conducive to tasting Provence sweet life. Nature, authenticity, local terroir and warm welcome are the key values of the owners

- Farmer committed to the revival of the white Salernes fig, a local variety threatened with extinction. Cultivation, processing and marketing of this variety on the property.
- Buildings constructed using local, environmentally-friendly materials (stone and lime).
- On-property waste sorting: packaging, glass, fermenticides.
- Food scraps valorized locally on the property, in the agricultural activity.
