On the ground floor : large living room with dining area with table and 8 chairs, living room with corner sofa, coffee table and flat screen TV (Orange channels) and open kitchen with another dining area with a table and 4 chairs, plate 3 ceramic hob, extractor hood, oven, dishwasher, fridge / freezer and scullery with washing machine and microwave. Pellet stove being installed. An independent WC. Upstairs : a 1st bedroom with 3 single beds 90x190cm and en-suite private shower room. A 2nd bedroom with 1 double bed 140x190cm and en-suite private shower room. A 3rd bedroom with 1 double bed 140x190cm. A bathroom with an oval basin, bath and storage. Storage space. A second independent WC. Reversible air conditioning at extra cost with meter readin. Ping-pong table available. Private terrace with garden furniture, gas griddle. Parking possible in the private courtyard closed by a gate (the entire property is fully fenced), or nearby. Final cleaning on request. Bed sheets and towels included.
