Welcome to the "Cocoon" cottage, a charming and intimate house, adjoining another cottage, located below on the owners' land, in the heart of the peaceful hamlet of Pont de Rhaud, in the countryside.

As soon as you arrive, you will be charmed by the authenticity of the place. The house, nestled in a natural and calm setting, offers a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
One of the special features of this cottage is its troglodyte terrace, a true haven of peace dug into the rock. You can have your meals outdoors, or simply relax in the jacuzzi in the middle of this exceptional natural setting. It is the ideal place to enjoy a moment of tranquility, in the shade of the stones, while listening to the birds singing.
You will also have access to the owners' swimming pool (10x5 chlorine and protected by an alarm accessible from mid-April to mid-September from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. depending on the weather).

The owners will give you a warm welcome while respecting your privacy. You can enjoy the proximity of hiking trails and picturesque sites in the surrounding countryside, offering a perfect blend of calm and adventure. Whether you are passionate about nature, hiking or simply looking for relaxation, this cottage is the perfect place to disconnect and recharge your batteries.

Air-conditioned, the cottage is composed of:
- On the ground floor there is a living room with a fitted kitchen open to the living room / dining room: 2-burner induction hob, extractor hood, microwave, oven, fridge-freezer, table and 4 chairs, sofa bed, TV.
Access to the bedroom by a spiral staircase
- On the 1st floor: a bedroom with a 140x190 bed, wardrobe, a toilet and an open bathroom with walk-in shower.
