On the heights of Cassis, 2 km from the port and in the middle of the vineyards, ground floor of a villa benefiting from a pretty shaded terrace and a private garden with deckchairs facing the hills.
After a few steps, entrance into the living room/kitchen: dining area, sofa (convertible for an additional person - €50/week), kitchen area (fridge/freezer, 2-burner ceramic hob, mini oven, microwave, small household appliances), television. Bedroom opening onto the terrace with double bed (140x190), and overlooking the bathroom (Italian shower) and wc.
Steep path. Garden furniture on the terrace - barbecue - central heating (included) - linen and sheets on request (for hire) - cot and baby chair on request - wi-fi - parking on the property - animals accepted with the owner's agreement. A beautiful place for fans of hiking (direct access to the hills at the back of the house) and the sea (Arène beach by a path = 1 km). The port of Cassis, the Calanques, the small restaurants... everything is close at hand.
