Magnificent renovated mountain-style house sleeps 8-13
Comprising a large vaulted living room, dining room, kitchen, 2 wc, 1 bathroom, 1 shower room, 4 bedrooms, 1 large entrance hall, 1 beautiful garden, 1 large terrace and private parking.

Large, renovated gîte for 8 to 13 people, with 4 bedrooms sleeping 12, 2 bathrooms and parking. At the foot of cross-country ski trails and hiking trails. 10 minutes from Montgenèvre ski resort and 15 minutes from Serre-Chevalier ski resort by car.

The accommodation
The house is large and perfectly suited to 12 people, but rentals for 8 people or more are also possible. You can make the most of the gite's indoor and outdoor spaces.

On the ground floor :
- a large living room equipped with a large 12-person corner sofa, two armchairs, a fireplace and a TV.
- a large dining room with a large table
- a new kitchen, equipped with dishwasher, oven, induction hob and large fridge-freezer.

- a large bedroom (bedroom 1) with 2 single beds (90/200) (new bedding)
- a heated laundry room, with washing machine, shoe storage and mountain equipment.
- Entrance hall with ski rack and bike storage.

During your stay, you will have access to the whole house, and to its garage for storing sports equipment, and garden furniture.
1 parking space is reserved for this house, and 3 parking spaces are adjacent to the house.
From the moment you arrive and throughout your stay, our gite manager will be on hand to provide you with all the information you need to make your vacation as comfortable as possible.

The neighborhood
The house is located in a quiet, sunny neighborhood in the heart of the village, with direct access to the Clarée river.

WINTER: cross-country skiing to and from the house.
Snowshoeing and hiking trails depart from the house.
10 mn drive from Montgenèvre ski resort
10 mn drive from Serre Chevalier resort, departure from Le Prorel.

SUMMER: wonderful hikes to the Clarée valley, the narrow valley, the high valley, the Granon and Mont Chaberton.

Transport
Take the night train to Briançon station or the TGV to Oulx.
