The parking lot is private and the playground is shared on open land. You can enjoy the shaded terrace, under the pergola covered with vines, in the garden furniture next to the deckchairs and the barbecue. The air-conditioned ground floor: from the entrance hall, you access the well-equipped kitchen, opening onto a generously sized dining area. The living room opens widely onto the terrace and offers the comfort of its two large sofas as well as a TV corner and a library. A laundry room, a hand basin and a WC complete this level. For the first floor: a large bedroom to the north, fresh and bright equipped with a large 160 cm bed.
