Carefully restored old house in a small village at the foot of the southern Alps mountains.

Three-storey property in a quiet location at the top of the village, comprising: upstairs a large bedroom with a 160cm bed, on the ground floor a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a bedroom with 2 90cm beds, a bathroom and separate toilet and a large terrace with mountain views. On the ground floor, the house also has a small laundry room with washing machine and a large, unheated relaxation room with sofa and table overlooking a private outdoor space with garden
Other facilities: Broadband Wi-Fi, workspace (in upstairs bedroom), TV, children's books and toys. An enclosed shed for storing skis, among other things. A cot and high chair are also available.
Sleeps up to 6 adults.
Private parking: 2 spaces.
Organic cleaning and toiletries offered on arrival.
The property is close to the town of Embrun and its lake, and the ski resort of Les Orres. Bakery, restaurant and post office in the village.
Pets are not allowed.
The gîte is entirely non-smoking.
This property encourages its guests to sort their rubbish. Further information is provided on site. Finally, it should be noted that sustainable materials were used in the overall renovation, which was completed in early 2024 and included insulation materials. Cleaning and laundry are done using organic products.
