La Fabrique owes its name to its industrial past. Situated on the banks of the Adou river, it once used the water's motive power for the various activities that took place there.
Florence and Christian Allègre have restored the building to its former glory, while preserving its original identity. They have created 5 superb guest rooms.
On one side of the garden is an organic vegetable garden and orchard, which feeds the table d'hôtes, and on the other a wasteland of plants dedicated to biodiversity, particularly birds.
To reduce La Fabrique's impact on the environment, Florence and Christian plan to put the old turbine back into operation to make the establishment energy self-sufficient and even more ecologically virtuous.
