Set in a large farmhouse on 3 hectares of land planted with truffle oaks, La Grive offers two gîtes open all year round. Very quiet, each apartment has its own kitchen, bathroom and other facilities.

Composed of 2 floors with their own facilities, the rental is suitable for 2 small families. (1 apartment with 2 bedrooms, 1 apartment with 1 bedroom + sofa bed). For the rental: 2 terraces, one of which is 50m² with a pergola, extended by a 1000 m² unfenced plot of land at the tenants' sole disposal. Garden furniture with deckchairs. Gas barbecue. Attractive private fenced swimming pool (8.5x4.5m, 1-1.6m deep with Roman steps). During July and August, both apartments are rented together.
