Luxury "La Maison dans les Arbres": Time stands still in this large, serene space nestled atop a hill in Hyères-les-Palmiers, the most southerly seaside resort on the Côte d'Azur, also known as "the city of a thousand palm trees".
Completely renovated and modernized in 2021 to the highest luxury standards, the 230 m² villa is surrounded by nature on a planted and manicured 4,000 m² Provencal garden. In summer, our Balinese style pool offers breathtaking views. The interior features a dedicated entrance hall leading to a TV lounge, a dining room seating 10, a fully-equipped kitchen (top-brand appliances) and a large reception room. On the same ground floor: double queen bed/air-conditioned bedroom, with en-suite bathroom, laundry room, guest toilet. Upstairs are two double bedrooms with queen-size beds (160cm) and air-conditioning, with en-suite bathrooms, and a bedroom with 2 twin beds (90cm) and air-conditioning, with en-suite bathroom. The automated (remote-controlled) gate opens onto a private parking area for up to 6 cars. The villa has been fully renovated with quality materials and is ready to accommodate a family of 8. The landscaping features trees and plants from Provence, flowers, an automated watering system and lighting all around the garden. Numerous outdoor rest areas are at your disposal.
You'll enjoy large outdoor terraces with garden furniture and a gas plancha for grilling.

The parking lot is equipped with a charging station for electric vehicles and bicycles.

We offer 3 top-of-the-range Moustache electric bikes for an additional rental charge of 35 euros/day per bike (deposit required).
Passenger access

The entire accommodation can be reserved exclusively for travelers. Alternatively, one independent bedroom with double bed and bathroom can be offered (with optional breakfast).
