Beautiful atypical apartment located in the immediate vicinity of the historic center of Aix-en-Provence, for 4 people, with terrace / private garden not overlooked.

This adorable apartment is ideally located to discover the wonders of Aix-en-Provence, just 400m from the historic center. It benefits from a very pleasant private terrace of about 40 m² with trees (garden), with garden furniture and relaxation area. The owners live in the apartment above, the outside access to the 2 apartments is common, but each apartment has its own entrance. No vis-à-vis on the terrace. Atypical, this beautiful bright apartment is divided into 3 levels. On the ground floor (main level):
- A bedroom with 2 twin beds 90x200cm, armchair and games for children. Dressing area with large wardrobe and bench. Bay window overlooking the garden.
- A beautiful living room with high ceilings, dining room / kitchen with dining area for 4 people and dresser. Kitchen equipped with 2-burner induction hob, extractor, combined oven/microwave, Senseo pod coffee maker and dishwasher.
Below the living room (4 steps), the living room with corner sofa, fireplace (wood provided from 15/10 to 15/03), small flat screen TV and armchair.
Above the living room (staircase), bedroom on the mezzanine overlooking the kitchen with 160x200cm bed, full-length mirror and wardrobe. Adjoining shower room with bath, basin and WC. All included: electric heating, wood for the fireplace, end of stay cleaning, sheets and towels. 2 fans available.
Paying public car parks nearby (Signoret at 150m, Bellegarde at 300m - around €20 per day to park a vehicle). Aristide Briand bus station 150m away.
The cottage is not suitable for young children (overhang of the kitchen on the unsecured living room).
