Between the Alpilles and the Luberon, the Maison d'Eden is a beautiful independent villa with private swimming pool, located in a cul-de-sac just 500m from the village of Mollégès.
Holiday and family home of the owners, it was completely renovated in 2022. It can accommodate 6 people, or 8 if 2 children.
On fully fenced land closed by a gate, the house offers a 500m² garden, a petanque court, a swimming pool secured by a tarpaulin, an outdoor shower, a gas griddle and a large covered terrace with garden furniture. On two levels, the house is composed:
- a large day room of 40m² with open kitchen integrated with central island, fully equipped with fridge freezer, oven, induction hob, microwave, coffee maker, beer tap, robot; a lounge area with sofa, 3 armchairs, connected flat screen TV, wood stove; a dining area with buffet and large table with 6 chairs and bay window overlooking the terrace.
- an entrance, a separate toilet with washbasin, a laundry room in the basement with washing machine and dryer, additional refrigerator, complete baby equipment (cot, high chair, bath, table at swaddle, baby crockery, barrier, life jacket for the swimming pool).
Upstairs :
- a first family bedroom with 1 bed 160x200cm and 2 bunk beds 90x190cm, large wall cupboard, TV and private bathroom.
- a second bedroom with 1 bed 160x200cm, bedside tables and lamps, TV, chest of drawers and private bathroom.
- a third bedroom with 1 bed 160x200cm, bedside tables and lamps, wardrobe, chest of drawers and TV.
- an independent bathroom with walk-in shower and water-saving thermostatic mixer, washbasin with vanity unit, heated towel rail.
- a separate toilet. The house is equipped with Alexa and an alarm. Sheets, towels and end of stay cleaning are included. Animals accepted: 1 maximum, collection of droppings and respect for the neighborhood.
