In the small village of Barbentane, between Alpilles and Avignon, ground floor of a villa in a quiet street, at the bottom of a garden overlooking the village tower.
Secure swimming pool, shared with the owners (9x4 m - Depth 1.4 to 2m) accessible from May 1 to September 30, in front of the shaded terrace of the house and its garden furniture.
Ground floor of the villa of the owners: living room with integrated kitchenette (oven, ceramic hob, fridge / freezer), dining area and sitting area (sofa). A room for 3 persons with double bed (140x190) and a single bed (90x190). Shower room with toilets, washing machine.
Air conditioning (living) and electric (bedroom) - sheets and towels included - cleaning included - Parking - Barbecue common with the owners, under the summer kitchen facing the pool.
