Between Dévoluy and Provence, this former Italian bourgeois residence is sure to charm you with its setting and comfortable living. Serres, a "Petite Cité de Caractère®" at the foot of the Pignolette mountain, is waiting to welcome you to its heritage and art of living.

This independent accommodation which can accommodate 4 people consists of a kitchen, a living room, two bathrooms with toilets as well as two independent rooms.
The fully equipped kitchen includes all the essentials such as crockery, a combined microwave oven, a coffee machine, a dishwasher, a fridge with a freezer, a toaster and a kettle.
Its living room has a sofa with a TV and DVD player as well as free WIFI access.
The first room has a large double bed 160, a large closet and has a private bathroom with shower and toilet.
The second room has two single beds in 90 and has a large closet and storage space to be able to settle down peacefully.
The accommodation has a second bathroom with shower equipped with a second toilet.
Possibility of adding a cot on request.

In order to enjoy advantage of the calm and charm of the house, you will also have an outdoor space with a table, chairs and sun umbrella available as well as a barbecue to enjoy the sunshine to make good, convivial meals.
This charming apartment benefits from a small balcony giving a pleasant view on a large quiet and relaxing garden. Playground available for children.
The proximity to the city center (5 minuts walk) will allow you to move around easily and to access bars and restaurants in peace.
Many activities are accessible from the village: hiking, cycling and water activities such as the leisure base of the Germanette (possible departure on foot of the accommodation).
The magnificent gorges de la Méouge are also 15km from Serres.
