Between Alpilles and Durance, cottage in the countryside in a Provençal farmhouse, on an 8 hectare estate. Adjoining the gîtes "La Jasse" 13G310 and "La Moisson" 13G312 (to the rear). Possibility of hiking, cycling, mountain biking on flat terrain or hills. Shaded by the vine, the terrace will allow you in season to enjoy its pleasant freshness and taste the grapes as soon as the time comes!

On one level, the cottage is composed of:
- Living room with kitchen (gas stove with oven, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher), dining area and lounge (convertible sofa for 2 people, armchairs and flat screen TV)
- 1 bedroom with 1 double bed 160x200cm
- 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds 90x190cm
- Bathroom with shower 90x90cm
- Separate WC

Cleaning on request at extra cost. Oil central heating: supplement per week. Baby bed and high chair on request.

Private enclosed terrace and garden (56 m²) with garden furniture, barbecue.

Common facilities: fenced swimming pool (10 x 4) from June to September. Parking, bowling alley and meadow (2500 m²). Solar domestic hot water.

Pets allowed but subject to only one animal, it is requested to leave them in the enclosed courtyard during the tenants' absence and not inside the gîte.
