A private parking for several cars is available at the house. The vacation villa was built in 1999 on the foundations of an old ruin and completely renovated in 2023. Area 130 m2 On the edge of the Massif des Maures lies the picturesque and authentic hamlet Val de Gilly with the villa "La Ruine". A few kilometers from medieval Grimaud, one of the most beautiful villages in France. Port Grimaud, so popular with sailors, is located on the Gulf of St. Tropez, known for its beautiful beaches and the famous towns of St. Maxime and St. Tropez.
