On the ground floor:
- A large living room, opening onto the terrace through a bay window. Equipped kitchen open to living room: induction hob with integrated hood, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher. Wooden table with chairs and stools, convertible corner sofa and large TV.
- A separate toilet with hand basin.
Upstairs :
- 2 bedrooms with open dressing rooms: the first with a 160x200cm bed and the second with 1 140x190cm bed and 1 120x190cm bed (possibility of a 5th person).

Outside, enclosed grounds and terrace with pergola. Possibility of parking 2 vehicles in front of the house.
