Small detached house in the heart of Provence, with shared outdoor spaces.

La Volière du Pesquier takes its name from the old dovecote of the main house, which once housed many exotic birds. Completely renovated in 2023, it is now a pretty independent gite located next to the owners' house. You will enjoy spending time on site: swimming pool and games for children, but also strolling around the area. Everything is close: Salon de Provence, Zoo de la Barben, Rocher Mistral, Aix en Provence, Avignon, Arles, the Luberon, the Alpilles, the beaches and creeks of the Côte Bleue... Ground level : - Air-conditioned living room with sofa bed 110x190cm, TV, table and 4 chairs, fitted kitchen: oven, 4 ceramic hobs, fridge/freezer, oven, microwave. - Air-conditioned double bedroom with 140x190cm bed, closet with wardrobe. - Bathroom with shower, washing machine, basin, heated towel rail and WC. Private terrace with garden furniture and parasol. Separate entrance and private parking space. Common areas with the owners: games for children (hut, climbing frame, trampoline), bean-shaped swimming pool 14x4m (max depth 2.50m) secured by a barrier open from 01/06 to 30/09 from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Complete baby equipment on request. Sheets, household and bathroom linen, end of stay cleaning included. Animals: on request to the owners.
