On the outskirts of a mountain hamlet, on the outskirts of the Écrins National Park, in the immediate vicinity of hiking trails, large independent gîte, bioclimatic construction, built on one level in an exceptional site facing the massifs and overlooking the Drac valley . Entrance on the ground floor via an airlock allowing you to put on and take off your shoes comfortably. Large living room opening onto a large terrace offering a convivial space with lounge area (television) and dining room and open fitted kitchen. The terrace is equipped with deck chairs, garden furniture and barbecue, a small swimming pool (from June to September) allows you to cool off and admire the landscape with your feet in the water (protection of the swimming pool with alarm). The kitchen, with central island, is very well equipped (dishwasher, multifunction robot, microwave, fridge freezer, etc.). The cottage has 4 bedrooms (2 bedrooms each with 2 single beds 90 x 200 cm which can be joined together, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed 160 x 200 cm and 1 bedroom with 1 bed 160 x 200 cm and 3 beds 90 x 200 cm). 2 spacious bathrooms with shower area and 2 sinks, 2 separate toilets. Baby beds available. Scullery with washing machine and additional storage. The terrace is directly accessible from the living room, the swimming pool is located on a second terrace located a few meters below. Large plot of land available. Private parking. Internet connection via Wifi. Storage room available. Access to hiking trails near the cottage. For winter sports, the resorts of St-Léger-les-Mélèzes, Orcières and Chaillol allow skiing not far from the gîte). Heating by pellet stove. Linens provided. Possibility of optional cleaning service and bathroom linen rental. Charging station for electric vehicles (paid charging).

At the Arc O Alpin B&B, you've got a date with the future! At an altitude of 1,098 m, facing due south and overlooking the Drac valley, the half-moon-shaped building looks like something out of a science-fiction film. Although innovative, it blends perfectly into the landscape. A small swimming pool accompanies the ensemble. Built according to the principles of bioclimatic architecture, wood, ecological insulation materials and a green roof contribute to its environmental performance while offering maximum comfort. With room for a dozen guests in both summer and winter, its location at the gateway to the Ecrins National Park makes it an ideal base camp for discovering the unspoilt nature of the Alps.
