Le Bastidon

With a very beautiful view of the Sainte Victoire mountain, in the countryside but only 1km from the village of Peynier, Le Bastidon is an old house renovated and transformed into a gîte in 2022.
Adjoining the owners' house but not overlooked, the gite has 2 private parking spaces, a 200m² fenced garden with grass and trees with sun loungers, a terrace with garden furniture, a a sheltered Jacuzzi area and an outdoor shower. Inside, Le Bastidon is composed of:
- a living room with exposed stone walls: sofa, armchairs, coffee table, connected flat screen TV. Bay window overlooking the outside. Independent toilets with washbasin.
- a kitchen accessible by 4 steps: equipped with dishwasher, oven, microwave, 3 induction rings, extractor hood, washing machine, fridge, freezer, table with 6 chairs.
Upstairs :
- a first bedroom for 4 people with high ceilings: 2 twin beds 80x200cm, storage cupboard, mezzanine with 2 single beds 80x200cm. Private bathroom with WC.
- a second bedroom with 2 twin beds 80x200cm view Sainte Victoire, cupboard. Private bathroom with WC. Reversible climate control. Private Jacuzzi with free access from April to October, in addition the rest of the year (wintering to save energy). Sheets and towels included (Extra charge if you wish to chenge them). Cleaning optional.
Animals not accepted. Facing the Sainte Victoire, Le Bastidon is also 20km from Aix-en-Provence, 35km from the sea in Marseille or Cassis, 20km from the Regional Natural Park of Sainte-Baume. It is located 5km from the Rousset business park.
