Today, the Berger Gourmand has kept its name, and visitors' appetites! In the simplicity of an old village building, it welcomes all those who come to breathe in the pure Alpine sky or wish to explore the wide-open spaces of the Queyras. Mathieu is a cross-country ski instructor and a faithful friend of the surrounding countryside, making him an inexhaustible source of information for sports enthusiasts, the curious and those who love the great outdoors. It's a friendly place to set out from Europe's highest commune!
