5. presence: We do not go on holiday during your stay with us. We are available to respond to your requests of a practical or tourist nature.

The flat is in very good condition (floor of the main room redone this spring 2024 with PVC paving in a modern light grey, painting work...).

- large living room with fitted kitchen, dining area, lounge area and sleeping area for the couple,
- small bedroom under the eaves, a small bedroom under the roof, much appreciated by the children (it's their tree house) and preserving the couple's privacy,

a south-east-facing balcony (breakfast in the rising sun) and a shaded balcony in the evening (aperitif, dinner for 2...), with a view of the mountains,

Chorges is an active village with all shops and services without excessive travel. Large summer market on Sunday mornings, night market on Wednesday evenings in high season with entertainment and concerts.

The rental is located at the foot of the Chorges mountain. It is a natural area and a hiking and adventure area for young and old alike. The large Serre-Ponçon lake, the small bodies of water around it, the Durance and the torrents offer a wide variety of water activities.
