Le Chanonge, very large, beautiful house steeped in history, set in a hillside property 3 km from Embrun South/south-east facing, with terrace and large property garden In addition, a separate T2 flat on the ground floor with PMR-friendly bathroom and toilet.

In detail, a very large house comprising, on the ground floor, the living rooms: kitchen, dining room with working fireplace, 2 lounges and the independent flat. Upstairs are the bedrooms and their bathrooms, plus a linen room. In all, there are 8 bedrooms with 5 double beds and 9 single beds, 3 bathrooms, one of which has a bath, 3 w.c.'s, 2 of which are independent. You will also see an old wine press, a bread oven and an old forge. You will appreciate the interior space decorated with period furniture, but above all the shaded terrace with a fountain made of pink limestone from the region in front of which you can dine with your family, and the quiet garden surrounded by tall trees in the middle of which flows a small stream.In these hot summer months, there's no need for air conditioning: the house stays cool in summer. In the immediate vicinity, a traditional restaurant/pizzeria, a forest with a waterfall and sweeping mountain views.
