You are in the Alpilles, in a small quiet village at the foot of the Opiès (500 m). Gîte adjoining the owners' home but with its own entrance. Private parking on the fully enclosed property. Another gîte on site (13G626).
Swimming pool shared with gîte 13G626 and the owners (7x 4m - depth 1.40m - secured by alarm + bar cover - accessible from April 1 to September 30 from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m.). Pretty terrace giving access to the living room. On the ground floor, the cottage is composed of:
- A living room with high ceilings, lounge with corner sofa and large 138cm flat screen TV. Dining area with high table and 4 high chairs. Equipped kitchen open to the living room with 3-burner induction hob, hood, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, Senseo pod coffee maker, toaster. Corner office. Large dressing room for storage.
- A bathroom with 120x80cm Italian shower, sink, shelf, towel rack and washing machine.
- A separate toilet. Upstairs :
- 1st bedroom on the mezzanine overlooking the living room with 1 double bed 140x190cm, shelves, wardrobe and armchair.
- 2nd bedroom with 2 90x190cm beds and clothes rack. View of the Alpilles. Reversible air conditioning (included) - sheets provided - towels/table linen on request - baby bed and chair - electric grill - wifi - garage for motorbikes or bicycles. Small animals accepted free of charge. Bikers are welcome: Ludovic and his son are bikers themselves, and ready to show you all the pretty roads in the Alpilles. Garage and small tools available. An ideal place for hiking and cycling (loan of bikes).
