Located just a few minutes' walk from Istres town center, this single-story apartment welcomes you for a peaceful stay in Provence. Ideal for a getaway with family or friends, the cottage can accommodate up to 4 people.
The cottage is located on the ground floor of the owners' house. You can also enjoy a private garden (only at the front of the house), perfect for outdoor dining or relaxing in the sun. A parking space is available, making it easy to get around throughout your stay.
In the immediate vicinity, discover the shops, restaurants, and typical markets of Istres, not to mention the magnificent scenery of the Etang de Berre and the many nature walks.

Fully air-conditioned, the cottage comprises:
- a kitchen equipped with an oven, microwave, 3-burner induction hob and extractor hood, fridge-freezer, and a living room with a table and 4 chairs, a sofa bed (TV currently being installed), and air conditioning.
- a small laundry area in the kitchen with a washing machine and household utensils.
- two bedrooms with a 140x190 cm bed and storage space.
- a bathroom accessible from one of the bedrooms with a walk-in shower (narrow access 60 cm), double sink vanity, heated towel rail, and toilet.

Wi-Fi, parking for 1 car on the property.

The price includes: end-of-stay cleaning, bed linens and towels.
