The Gîtes Syflor are located in a house from 1810, which houses 3 lodgings and the owners' apartment. The center of the village of Eyragues is only 100m away on foot, and the property is perfectly located to discover both Avignon and its treasures, but also the beauty of the Alpilles and the Luberon, with their hilltop villages. Located on the ground floor, the Cocon is a cottage for 2 people with a private terrace. Entrance via a common hallway.
The apartment is composed of:
- A living room with equipped kitchen open to the living room with 3-burner induction hob, extractor, oven, microwave, 6 place settings dishwasher, fridge / freezer. Dining area with high table and 3 stools. Living room with sofa and connected flat screen TV, direct access to the private terrace.
- Bedroom with 1 double bed 160x200cm and wardrobe. Safe. Direct access to the terrace via French window.
- Shower room with Italian shower 80x120cm, basin, heated towel rail and WC. Private terrace of about 12 m² with garden furniture. The gîte has access to an outdoor area common to the 3 gîtes on the other side of the building: large covered terrace area with garden furniture, grassy garden and 5x10m swimming pool, maximum depth 2.5m. Wifi (fiber). Stay in peace in this cottage where all services are included: sheets, towels, end-of-stay cleaning, heating and electricity. Reversible air conditioning (included).
