Beautiful Provencal home with swimming pool and extensive grounds, in the medieval town of Aups in The Verdon

Situated on 5000m² of private land, with its own olive grove, the property has a new heated outdoor swimming pool of 15m x 5m and has been completely renovated. The property is arranged over 200m², with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Accommodating 10 to 12 people, the house offers the experience of a haven of peace and tranquillity with incredible views over the countryside and vineyards. Located 20-25 minutes walk or 2.5km from the thriving village of Aups, the area is renowned for its lakes offering water sports, gorges and river activities as well as fantastic walking and cycling. For beach lovers, there are plenty of swimming areas by the lakes, and the Mediterranean coast is just over an hour away.
A truly idyllic location for a year-round holiday! Summer is the high season, but it is a popular area for spring and autumn holidays, with walking and cycling also popular all year round.
Le Mas, Aups is a fabulous accommodation for groups and families. Recently renovated to a very high standard, whilst retaining many of the original features such as exposed wooden beams and terracotta floors, you will find a beautiful interior, decorated and furnished with the character and charm of the original Mas and the region.
We are proud to say that the electricity used at the Mas is via solar panels, so you can enjoy an environmentally friendly stay. For the colder months, heating is provided in all bedrooms and living areas, and logs for the fireplace are included.
Please note that parties and loud music are not permitted in this accommodation. Although we have no close neighbours, this is a quiet residential area. Pets are also not allowed.
