Fully renovated gîte located near the owner's residence. Guests have access to a shared covered terrace with the owner, featuring a dining area, a barbecue, and an extra refrigerator. There is a stunning infinity pool (5x13m; 1.5m deep), shared with the owner and secured by an electric shutter. The property offers a remarkable 180° view over the Pays de Fayence with the Mediterranean Sea as a backdrop. Amenities include air conditioning and Wi-Fi. Shared washing machine available. Table tennis and a pétanque court on-site.

This authentic stone "Mas" is set within 6.4 acres of wooded parkland. It features a charming, fully equipped independent kitchenette (electric hobs, combi oven/microwave, small fridge, capsule coffee machine), a spacious bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200 cm), and a living/dining room with a TV. There is a bathroom with a bathtub and washbasin, and a separate toilet. Upon exclusive request to the owner and for an additional fee, 1 to 2 extra guests can be accommodated on two single beds in the living room. Breakfast services can also be provided on-site by the owner. Bed linen and towels are included.

You will be welcomed by the owner and his wife, who are seasoned world travelers. They can introduce you to the region and its magnificent surrounding villages in French, English, Spanish, Mandarin, or Cantonese. They will be delighted to share local products with you, including those harvested directly on the property (linden, thyme, lavender, greengage plums...) as well as locally crafted items (jams, lavender water, essential oils, herbal teas...).
