A 30m² apartment located 4 km away from the centre of Sisteron, composed of : a lounge with a sofa bed, a flat screen television, a coffee table, a small bench. Equipped kitchen with oven, 4 burner stove, fridge, freezer, microwave, tableware for 4 people, sink with dish rack and storage underneath. Washing machine. An individual bedroom with 1 double bed, a closet with double sliding door with laundry room, two bedside tables, 1 radio. Bathroom with massaging shower spa, wc, small sink with shelf and mirror, small closer under the sink. Dining room with 1 table and 4 chairs. Outside : a garden composed of : 1 garden lounge with 4 chairs, 2 deck chairs, a parasol, charcoal barbecue and private spa for 4 people. Private covered parking. Comfort : linen provided : bed sheets, pillows, cover, kitchen rags, bath mat... Air conditioner hot/cold.
