From the highest point at 394 meters, you can observe to the North on the Durance valley, from Lauris to Cavaillon, and to the South, on the Ste Victoire mountain which overlooks Aix en Provence and up to the Etang de Berre. Attached to the owners' house but not overlooked, Le Petit Mas is composed as follows: - An air-conditioned living room with high ceilings and open fitted kitchen under an alcove: 3-burner gas hob, 1 electric, extractor hood, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer and double sink. Dining area. Living room with corner sofa, flat screen TV, stereo and tuned piano. - A bedroom accessible via 2 steps below with a 140x190cm double bed, desk and wardrobe. - A bathroom with walk-in shower, thermostatic and sink. Separate toilet. Washing machine. Possibility to rent Le Petit Mas for 6 people with 2 additional bedrooms. Outside, fully fenced garden with trees and flowers of 400m², private parking in the courtyard, closed by a gate. Terrace under pergola of 20m² with garden furniture and barbecue. Shed for bicycles (2 bicycles available). Electric heating (package in winter) and reversible air conditioning. Child's bed, high chair and bathtub on request. Sheets, towels and cleaning on request for a fee. Pets welcome.
