Holiday gîte, for 4 people, in hamlet comprising several other houses; beautiful pool with extensive view of surrounding plain; a timeless place which lies under the protective, distant gaze of Mont Ventoux. Quiet location, which is the starting point for numerous hiking trails. Ideal for restful and active holidays.
Old village house in small hamlet, in countryside, at foot of Mont Ventoux; accommodation with private, shady terrace and easterly aspect. 3 other rental properties in same house. Communal secured pool (15 x 5), available from 15/05 to 30/09, on fenced land near gîtes, with beautiful panoramic view of surrounding countryside. Beautiful, tree-planted area, shared with other gîtes, plus barbecue. Accommodation comprises: Ground floor, living room -sitting area -kitchen area. Shower room with WC. Access to upper floor via wooden staircase, -2 bedrooms with sloping ceilings, with 1 double bed and 2 single beds. Optional sheet rental: €12/per bed. Compulsory end of stay clean for short stays: €40. Small pets admitted, on request. No pets in pool Weekend stays (minimum 2 nights), possible in Autumn-Winter/low-season. Weekly rates January 1rst to April 30th: 395€ April 30th to July 2d: 495€ July 2d to July 9th: 845€ July 9th to August 20th: 875€ August 20th to August 27th: 845€ August 27th to October 29th: 495€ October 29th to December 31rst: 395€
