The gated residence has a private parking space. The large, bright living room with an east-facing balcony offers views of the pine trees. The bathroom and separate toilet are also available.

Fully equipped (oven, dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator with freezer, TV, stereo, Wi-Fi, etc.), it has two bedrooms and portable air conditioning.

It's also a 15-minute walk from the large Couronne beach, near a rocky coastline offering beautiful walks (pass by Camping Paradis!). Bike, paddleboard, and kayak rentals are available, as well as sea fishing with local fishermen. You'll find numerous restaurants, pizzerias, local shops, and amenities in Carro and La Couronne. Martigues is only a 10-minute drive away. An AOC winery is 5 km away.

You can easily visit the entire region, rich in natural parks (Camargue, Calanques, Alpilles, Lubéron, etc.), historical and cultural sites, and art exhibitions (MUCEM and the Cathedral of Light, etc.), and enjoy pleasant hikes or cycle along the numerous cycle paths.

You have a private parking space. You will be a 5-minute walk from the bakery, the supermarket, the bi-weekly markets, and the fish market. Martigues is accessible by regular public transport, and Marseille by the coastal train. The beaches are all within walking distance, as are the hiking and cycling trails. From Martigues, you can take the expressway to Arles, the Camargue, or to Marseille and Aix-en-Provence.
