Welcome to Lei Cardelin, a haven of peace nestled in a residential neighborhood of Martigues, a charming "Provençal Venice."
Bruno, the owner, welcomes you into his home, which becomes yours for the duration of your stay.

The villa comprises a raised ground floor (4 steps) and an upper floor:
Living room: sofa, armchair, smart TV (Netflix), and bookcase (thriller fans will be delighted!). The dining area can accommodate up to 10 guests.
Kitchen: 4-burner induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, food processor, and even raclette and fondue sets for gourmet evenings. A counter with high chairs completes a second dining area.
Laundry room with additional refrigerator and washing machine. One bedroom on the ground floor with a 160x200cm bed and pool view, and three additional bedrooms upstairs (one 140x190cm bed, one of the bedrooms also has a 90x190cm bed). Each bedroom is air-conditioned, as is the living room.
Two bathrooms, one with a walk-in shower, and two separate toilets.

Take full advantage of the Provençal climate in the 400 m² private garden: relax in the shade of the awnings, sunbathe on a lounger, or prepare a barbecue. The pool house (with solar shower, toilet, and kitchenette) extends summer days around the private 9x4m pool (maximum depth 1.75m), open from April 15 to September 30.

Included: High-speed fiber optic WiFi, reversible air conditioning, electric heating, and towels.
Secure private parking for 2 vehicles plus free parking nearby.
