Gîte at the gateway to the Mercantour National Park, located at an altitude of 1,300 m in a farmhouse full of character. Garden and panoramic view. Peace and quiet in the heart of nature, 800m from the village. Hiking trails from the gîte. Close to the Val d'Allos ski resorts.

This 36 m² duplex, located in a large building, includes another gîte and 3 guest rooms.
It comprises:
First floor:
- living room with kitchenette and sitting area with 1 70cm sofa-bed.
1st floor (accessed via a steep staircase):
- 1 open-plan bedroom with 2 single beds (not twin beds)
- bathroom with shower/wc

East-facing, it benefits from a large outdoor space, including a larchwood terrace with private garden furniture and barbecue.
It offers panoramic views over the meadow, the fortified village of Colmars-Les-Alpes, the Encombrette massif and the Lac d'Allos towers.

"What a view!" That's the exclamation that comes spontaneously when you visit the Gîte l'Encombrette. Indeed, from the terrace, the breathtaking panorama extends over the Verdon, the village of Colmars-les-Alpes and the mountains. This 2-person gîte is located in the recently restored Transhumances farmhouse. In addition to hosting guests, the family business focuses on sheep breeding and fruit growing, the produce of which is transformed into delicious jams. Situated at an altitude of 1,300 m, in the heart of the Mercantour National Park, there are many possibilities for excursions. Your hosts will provide you with guides and binoculars to help you discover the trails and massifs, and their incomparable flora and fauna.
