Charming, comfortable and quiet house for 2 people, 3 km from Aix-en-Provence, in a large garden near a shaded terrace and a pleasant swimming pool.

The house, cool in summer, is situated in a large garden planted with olive trees, cypress trees, and lavender in a protected nature reserve, yet not isolated. It comprises a spacious and bright living room facing west and opening onto the garden, a bright, air-conditioned bedroom facing east, a well-equipped kitchen, and a bathroom. A piano is available for your use. The 1200 m² garden is landscaped with big trees and flowers and is fully fenced.The stone terrace adjoins the 10m x 5m swimming pool. A garden table and chairs, sun loungers, and deck chairs are provided. You can enjoy pleasant walks directly from the house. - Just 8 minutes from the center of Aix-en-Provence, a city of water and art. Here, everything is colours and sensations: the golden light of the facades, the transparent green of the fountains, the shade of the plane trees and the surprises of the festivals. - 10 minutes away: the landscapes of the Sainte-Victoire Mountain, painted by Cezanne. - 25 minutes away: the sea, the Côte Bleue, the calanques of Marseille and Cassis... - Less than an hour away: the Luberon Regional Natural Park and its lavender fields, the Alpilles mountain range and its olive groves, Arles, Avignon, the Camargue Regional Natural Park, the villages of the Alpes-de-Haute-Provence, the beaches of the Var...
